Diane has over 25 years of nonprofit management experience and founded Community Care Network in 2003. Today, Diane continues to oversee the operations of all Community Care Network programs including Sue’s Home, Rental Assistance, and the BREAKTHROUGH Youth Program. Diane is often in the community sharing the successes and challenges of the women and children of our programs.
Associate Director | CADCI Counselor
Lynn has over 15 years of experience in addiction recovery and is a certified addictions counselor who meets with the clients of Sue’s Home on a weekly basis helping them to overcome the chains of addiction. Lynn also directs the staff of Sue’s Home in the care of the women and children and future planning for Sue’s Home.
Sue's Home Senior Case Manager
Michele has worked in the non-profit world since 2004. She oversees the day to day operations of Sue's Home and works with clients to set and achieve their goals. She leads the development and coordination of curriculum for the clients and their children.
Office Administrator & Volunteer Coordinator
Nikki oversees the office operations and coordinates our volunteer teams. She is passionate about meeting the needs of potential and current clients by connecting them to the appropriate resources.
Breakthrough Program Director & Community Outreach
Shellie has worked in the non -profit community since 2009 as an Executive Assistant, Case Manager, Workforce Instructor/Trainer with opportunity youth. She provides support to our existing team as the Community Outreach Program Manager and coordinates Community Care Network's Breakthrough Homeless Youth Program.
Assistant Case Manager & Night Supervisor
Tina a graduate of the Home of Grace Recovery Program (2000) has been working for Community Care Network for three years. She brings a unique perspective and her love for the clients is a true asset.
